If you are a foreclosure real estate investor, then you know that time is money. Therefore, it behooves you to leverage the resources of a foreclosed homes list. Sure, you can compile a list of available foreclosures in your area by looking for notices of default or lis pendens filings in the legal notices section of your local newspaper. Or you can pay a visit to your local county courthouse to look up the recent foreclosure filings or upcoming foreclosure auctions.

But then you still have to spend the time to research these deals. Again, you can spend a few hours a day or a few hours a week at the courthouse, manually reviewing the foreclosure filings, tax records, mortgage notes, and property assessment figures.
